The price you pay for is displayed clearly on the website. Taxes for overseas deliveries are your responsibility. 2. Our prices are set in pounds sterling, if you are buying from overseas you may wish to use a currency converter to view the prices in your local currency. Payment Details1. We accept payment by Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Switch or Delta. 2. Upon receiving your order we will carry out a standard pre-authorization check on your payment card to ensure that you have sufficient funds to fulfill the transaction. 3. All transactions will appear as paypal on your bank statements. 4. Qt99.com does NOT offer credit. Sale / Purchase of Products1. We will notify you by e-mail (to the e-mail address supplied by you) as soon as possible to confirm receipt of any order for products. We will e-mail you again to advise you that your order has been accepted (only at that point will a contract for the sale / purchase of the products ordered be made between us and the place of such contract shall be the place from which our confirmatory e-mail was sent). Postage And Packaging
1. All orders will be picked and dispatched within 3-5 working days of the order being accepted. All products advertised for sale on this web-site are subject to availability. If items are out of stock, you will be contacted by one of our executives who will ask you how you would like to proceed.
2. Where different products, which are usually subject to different delivery times, are part of the same order then the longest normal delivery period shall apply.
3. Where there is any shortfall on delivery, notification must be made to us at: Qt99@hotmail.co.uk, within five working days upon receipt of your order, otherwise no liability shall be accepted. If such notification is made then our liability shall be restricted to making good the shortfall.
4. All orders are sent 1st Class Recorded Delivery via the Royal Mail within the United Kingdom. Orders for abroad are sent by courier and will require a signature at the delivery point. If you instruct the courier company to leave products unattended, we will not be responsible for loss.
5. All orders will be boxed and dispatched in plain packaging.
6. All post and packaging is free at this moment in time until further notice. Returns / Cancellation Of Orders Under UK Law (UK customers only)1. This site trades in accordance with recent EU directives for online trading as follows. A. All goods come with a 14 day no quibble guarantee. If for any reason at all you are not happy with what you've bought simply return it to us within 21 days of receiving your order and we will exchange it for an alternative product or refund your money. Please note that postage and packaging costs are non refundable. HOWEVER, i. The product(s) must be unused. We simply will not accept returned products that are soiled. The product(s) must be in its original condition and in the box or packaging in which it was received. We must receive the product within 21 days from receipt of order. ii. You will be given a return number that must be used when returning your goods. Data Protection1. Qt99.com holds your order details on a secure database for the purpose of fulfilling orders. 2. Your credit card details are not held by Qt99.com and cannot be accessed after an order has been placed. 3. We will not make your personal details available to any other person or organization. 4. Qt99.com will NOT send you any promotional material, unless requested. Unlawful Provision1.
